Interim listing

Baldwin Latham was born 6 December 1836 at Nantwich, Cheshire; died 13 March 1917 at Croydon, Surrey. He was a resident of Croydon (south London), sometime engineer and surveyor employed by the Croydon Local Board of Health, and latterly professionally engaged as a consultant in connection with water supply and sewerage schemes throughout the British Isles and internationally.
